Carolyn comes to Hart Real Estate with over eight years of experience in residential real estate. With a Bachelor’s degree in interior design and architectural design, her career focus has always been in the housing industry. Carolyn previously worked for St. Louis’s largest home builder, earning the Silver Circle award from the NAHB for over 4 million dollars in new home sales in 2006.
In 2007, she returned home to Albany where she now focuses on residential resale, first time home buyers and new construction. Carolyn has earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designations. With great attention to detail and a true love for the business, Carolyn is able to provide superior customer service in all aspects of residential real estate.
